While the heat-moldable 3K carbon outsole remains unchanged from the CX402—continuing to deliver exceptional power transfer and a truly customized fit—the key upgrade lies in the upper construction.
 

The latest model introduces a Carbitex CX6 carbon fiber panel integrated into the outer rear quarter of the shoe. This advanced carbon textile is engineered to control stretch while maintaining a degree of flexibility and an extremely lightweight feel. By limiting excessive expansion of the kangaroo leather upper, the Carbitex reinforcement helps preserve fit integrity over time, resulting in improved foot stability, enhanced comfort, and a more consistent ride experience.
